WILL MY LIST APPEAR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE MLS?

Yes! Once entered into the MLS, your listing will also appear on sites such as Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Homes.com, local real estate brokerage websites that display MLS listings, and all of the major brokerages that feed directly from MLS.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A COMMISSION TO AN AGENT WHO BRINGS A BUYER?

Yes! A Selling Agent commission will be paid to a Selling Agent’s Broker if the Agent brings a Buyer that purchases your property.

IF I FIND A BUYER, DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY COMMISSION?

No! You would pay no commission. You would have just paid the $500 flat fee payment to list the property in MLS.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY THE LISTING?

Unlimited modifications are included in the $500 one-time, flat fee payment.

CAN I CANCEL THE LISTING AT ANYTIME?

Yes! You can cancel at anytime without any penalty. Keep in mind the $500 flat fee payment is a one-time, non-refundable payment

HOW LONG CAN MY LISTING APPEAR ON MLS?

Typically, MLS listings are entered for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months. You can choose.

HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN BE INCLUDED FOR THE LISTING?

Up to 50 photos can be uploaded.

CAN I USE WHATEVER FLORIDA TITLE COMPANY THAT I CHOOSE?

Yes! You are free to choose any title company/closing agent that you like.
